Rigali Packaging Products, Inc. (RPPI) was born from a vision of connectivity and service. In 1983, Don Rigali Sr., stepping away from the corporate sales world, established RPPI in a humble Chicago office with just an old kitchen table and a rotary phone. His mission: to listen, learn, and provide value in packaging solutions. Don's relentless dedication quickly garnered trust, with early successes like Hines Lumber and an expanding product portfolio that adapted to market needs.
The late '80s saw RPPI embrace technological change with the integration of the car phone, marking the company as a pioneer in mobile packaging solutions in Chicago. This innovation underscored RPPI's core value of exceeding customer expectations, a principle that continues to shape our service philosophy.

Meet Don Rigali, Jr.
Don Jr. stepped into the world of sales with a degree from St. Norbert College in 1989. His diverse career path, from selling dictation equipment to leading sales teams for medical devices at Abbott Laboratories and Thermo Fisher Scientific, has been marked by a consistent focus on customer needs and innovative solutions.
Following his father’s passing in 2012, Don Jr. took the helm at Rigali Packaging Products, Inc. (RPPI) His leadership is a blend of his father's foundational values and his own extensive experience in sales and marketing. Under his guidance, RPPI continues to thrive as a family-led business, deeply rooted in its founding principles of listening, learning, and leading in the packaging industry.
Beyond the office, Don enjoys a rich personal life, balancing his professional achievements with a love for culinary arts, sports, and outdoor activities. His presence at Wrigley Field and Notre Dame football games is as much a part of his persona as his professional acumen.
